On October 24th, 2021, as a part of its campus reopening the Denver Art Museum (DAM) hosted a free general admission day to unveil the newly renovated Martin Building. The renovation occurred on the 50th anniversary of the erection of the Martin Building, and is meant to offer improved areas for both guest and ticketing services, as well as two additional dining locations and an art conservation and laboratory of technical studies.
The broadened and redeveloped campus includes a space for student and community exhibitions, group and school receptions, youth and adult classes and interactions for artists. Through the museum’s Free for Kids program, which is supported by the Reiman Foundation, youth visitors to the Learning and Engagement Center are given free admissions to the Learning and Engagement Center. More than 450,000 youth have been offered free admissions tors-18-and-under/”>since the program was first developed in 2015.
